Our musicians leave the academy with a diverse skillset and self-confidence that enable them to start their professional paths in the international competitive market, while promoting intercultural dialogue and intergenerational links on international platforms.
We design master classes together with invited professors to offer young musicians top-level lessons, where they create and build up the music repertoire in excellent conditions, prepare for an important audition or competition, and refine their playing technically and musically.
Musicians are also proficient in their professional development and access to content for active career planning, creation and management. We have implemented some great programmes that equip young people with competencies, courage and confidence. It is an insight into all levels of career counselling, vocational activity, continuing vocational training, including gaining practical work experience..
Our participants acquire necessary technical and interpretative skills, build confidence in response, function and collaboration within the orchestra, knowledge of different styles and epochs, and learn how to adapt in a simulation of a professional working environment. The Orchestra Academy provides participants with intensive work in the orchestra with internationally renowned musicians, developing personal potential and gaining invaluable experiences for the future.
