Delovne faze od 6. do 10. decembra 2019 se je udeležilo vseh 65 glasbenikov SMO POK. Orkester je za pripravo kar treh koncertov v eminentni Gallusovi dvorani Cankarjevega doma v polni zasedbi znova strnil moči. Vaje potekale zelo intenzivno, skupaj kar 19 ur brez koncertov. Dodatne dejavnosti so tokrat potekale v obliki ogledov pomembnih institucij. V ponedeljek smo si od znotraj ogledali RTV Slovenija. Bili smo v različnih studiih, v maski, režiji, pokukali smo v studio, kjer je v živo potekala oddaja Dobro jutro, srečali smo Maria Galuniča in še in še. Šli smo tudi v Slovensko filharmonijo, kjer smo videli obe dvorani, se podučili o tem, kako postaneš glasbenik te slovite institucije in prisostvovali vaji Orkestra Slovenske filharmonije. Odlična izkušnja in po besedah naših mladih, odlična motivacija za koncerte. Malce bolj ležerna, a nič manj zabavna ni bila vožnja s turističnim vlakcem Urbanom po Ljubljani. Najpomembnejši so bili seveda koncerti in temu smo posvetili največ misli in vso energijo.

Drugi koncert je posnel Radio Slovenija.
“Pa sma spet nekaj vel’kega in dobrega napravila” je po zadnjem koncertu v Cankarjevem domu Vlado Kreslin objel dirigentko Živo Ploj Peršuh, ki je mlade vodila skozi zahteven program na odru, pa tudi v vseh pripravah.
