Dogodek je potekal pod častnim pokroviteljstvom predsednika Vlade Republike Slovenije gospoda Marjana Šarca.

Na povabilo Vlada Kreslina je #SMO gostoval na tradicionalnem koncertu v Križankah v sklopu Ljubljana Festivala. #SMO je koncert odprl s samostojno skladbo Clauda Debussyja in nadaljeval s Kreslinovimi skladbami v novih preoblekah. Skladatelja Jani Golob (Slovenija) in Valter Sivilotti (Italija) sta posebej za SMO POK na novo aranžirala skrbno izbrane pesmi Vlada Kreslina kot skladbe za simfonični orkester z vokalom.
