The European Career Centre for Artists - Triple Bridge has successfully made it through its baptism by fire and met with great success. We are very pleased that after almost a year of preparations the idea of connecting and building bridges has come to life. Over the past eight days, young artists, lovers of art music, the city of Ljubljana and our partners and sponsors had the opportunity to witness a significant part of the breadth and potential of the newly established centre. Young artists from 42 countries, teachers and mentors performed at eight concerts and it seemed as if the audience never left the Hotel Union great hall as it was full every night. During this week, the Ljubljana audience also had the opportunity to meet two of the brightest global stars, true legends on their instruments - Ivry Gitlis, the Israeli 94-year old genius on the violin, and Branimir Slokar, the Slovenian trombone artist.
